He translated a number of Sanskrit books to Telugu. He died at an early age of 35 with illness. He was married to a child widow, Brahmaramba. When he died his father was in prison. His mother, Annapurnamma stood bravely against the hard times she was facing. His father was not even given permission to see his sons dead body.

Their daughter-in-law Brahmaramba also participated in the movement. She taught Hindi to the Kasturiba school students at that time. Even though she lost her husband, she didnot drouned in missery. She continued her cooperation for the participants of movement. She look after her children who were so young at ages 7, 5, and 3 years.
