As far as i know about the root of Oruganti family, Oruganti Venkata Subbaiah, grand grand father of me, is a person with extreme good qualities. He worked as Lawyer in the mid 40's when India is under the British rule. He gave resignation to his work when the Non-Co-operation Movement started in 1940's to expel the Britishers from the country, as part of Indian Freedom Movement under the guidence of M.K. Gandhi (Mahatma).

In early days of 1930's, he resided in Kavali Town, the then taluk, and was one of the well known persons in Nellore district. He took part in The Movement. Then he moved to Nellore in 1936. After his arrival to Nellore Town he experienced a good support in Nellore in intensifying the movement called by Mahatma. He resigned to his work and devoted to the movement. At the time of resignation he was a Member of Legislative Assembly (M.L.C) of Madras, now Chennai.
